OWNERS ENTITLEMENTS
NMIT KYNETON PARK & HANGING ROCK FOR 2011/2012
Background
The Kyneton & Hanging Rock Racing Club (KHRRC) recognises the important contribution Owners make to the industry and we are striving to provide Owners, who have a runner on the Day, a positive experience, while ensuring the ongoing sustainability of the Kyneton & Hanging Rock Race Club.
Thoroughbred Owners are most welcome and encouraged to attended races at either NMIT Kyneton Park or Hanging Rock and are entitled to the following.
OWNERS WHO HAVE A RUNNER ON THE DAY
Facilities
All owners will be permitted with access to the Members and Public Areas and are welcome to use all of our Members Facilities.
Owners who have a runner, who are lucky enough to win a race will be invited to join the KHRRC Committee in the winning owner’s area until the following race to view replays of the race, enjoy a complementary celebratory drink, sandwiches and to collect a CD of their race win.
Sole Owners
A Sole Owner may access up to a maximum of 2 x Owners Passes with a tear away free drink voucher plus 2 x free Race Books and up to 4 x free guest passes (free race book and drink voucher not included for guests).
Identification of ownership must be provided which can be in the form of a Drivers Licence, Medicare Card or Credit Card and compare this against the name in the race book.
Note: Maximum free entry passes available is 6
Partnerships (2 to 10 Owners)
Syndicate Manager (first name in the race syndicate) may access up to 2 x Owners Passes with tear away free drink voucher plus 2 x free Race Books.
All other Owners in the Partnership may access 1 x Owner’s Pass with tear away free drink voucher plus a free race book and 1 x free Guest Pass per owner ( free drink voucher and race book not included for guest).
Identification of ownership must be provided which can be in the form of a Drivers Licence, Medicare Card or Credit Card and compare this against the name in the race book.
Note: Maximum pass and race book allocation is 20 which only applies if all 10 owners are in attendance
Partnerships (11 plus owners)
Syndicate Manager (first name in the race syndicate) may access up to 2 x Owners Passes with tear away free drink voucher plus 2 x free Race Books.
All other Owners may access 1 Owner’s Pass with a tear away free drink voucher and 1 x free Race Book per owner plus 1 x free guest pass (free race book and drink voucher not included for guests) per owner.
Identification of ownership must be provided which can be in the form of a Drivers Licence, Medicare Card or Credit Card and compare this against the name in the race book or syndication papers.
Syndication Managers who are expecting more than 20 owners to attend the races are encouraged to contact the Club on 03 5422 1866 in advance of race day to arrange ease of access to tickets and course entry.
Note: No maximum applies providing proof of horse ownership is established.
GOLD CARD HOLDERS (no runner on the day)
Any person who presents a 2010/2011 Victorian Thoroughbred Owners Gold Card will be permitted free entry to the course and are welcome to utilise all members facilities for all race meetings other than NMIT Kyneton Cup Day, New Years Day Races at Hanging Rock plus Australia Day at Hanging Rock. Gold Card Holders, should they wish too, may purchase member’s area passes for each of these three days.
